Criminal Lawyer Jay Passi

Jay Passi is a Peel region based lawyer who has over twenty-three years of experience in criminal law. He has focused exclusively on criminal law, and successfully defended clients in a wide array of cases. Mr. Passi has appeared before every level of court: Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice, the Ontario Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. It is his belief that no case is too small, and further, no case is too big. Mr. Passi was the past Vice-President of the Peel Criminal Lawyers’ Association. Further, he is also a member of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association and the Peel Law Association.
